Upload an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file to add many contacts at once. Columns are matched by heading (Name, GST, Address, Contact Person, Phone, Email) — your existing sheet headings work as long as there is a Name column. Re-uploading updates existing entries (matched by name).
Saved as India domestic clients (used on Domestic Quotation / Invoice).
Saved as international clients (used on International Quotation / Invoice).
Saved as PO suppliers (used on Purchase Orders) — kept separate from clients.
Set the default Goods and Services Tax percentages for your transactions.
Tax Application Rules
- Intrastate: CGST + SGST apply.
- Interstate: IGST applies.
- Enter raw percentage (e.g. 9 for 9%).
This metadata is printed on generated PDF documents as the letterhead.
Field Usage
- Header Address: Printed at the top-right of PDFs.
- Detailed Address: Full legal address block.
- Leaves fields blank to use system defaults.
Set the local system directories where generated documents and attachments are saved.
Path Guidelines

Provide absolute paths (e.g.
C:\Vectis\POs). - Ensure folder exists and Server has read/write permissions.
- Different paths can be configured for Domestic and International categories.
Configure generic system configuration properties such as session timeouts.
Session Timeout
- Set inactivity limit in minutes.
- Auto logs out active user sessions once reached.
Force sequence counters for generated documents to start from a custom index.
Sequence Numbers
- Document counters reset automatically monthly / FY.
- Use this panel to manually start sequence from a specific index.
Select document type and the starting number the next document should use in this FY.
Set authorized signatory images to print on generated PDF documents.
Image Guidelines
- Provide transparent PNG images for best PDF quality.
- Signatures can be toggled via "Visible Columns" per document.
- India branch prints "For Marvel Geospatial Pvt. Ltd." above stamps.
